This questionnaire is designed to capture all the information needed to create the best copy in the most efficient way. However, if you're not a fan of filling out forms you can type your property features directly into a box. Simply enter your contact details below and follow the prompts to decide. You can also either add a link to photos or take your own with your phone as you walk around the house and upload as you go - you will find image buttons for each room of the house. We only need basic shots to get an idea of the property. We will be in touch if we need any extra information. Before you get started

There are a few key points to remember to help us create the best, most effective copy for you:

• Make sure you can provide a link to photos along with password (if required) OR use your phone to fill out the form as you walk around the property and take and upload photos as you go (you can also take photos on your phone and upload to our questionnaire later if preferred).
• Remember to provide a minimum of five key features of the house that make it stand out - the more information the better.
• Think about showing us around the home - small details can have a big impact.
