How does it work?
Email us any photos, floorplan and/or relevant information you'd like included and our expert writers will return a professionally crafted 200-300 word listing within 24 hours for $150+GST. If you'd prefer to leave it all to us, try our Concierge service - one of our expert writers will visit and view the property at a time of your choosing, then return a within 24 hours for $250+GST. What if I want to change parts of the copy?
You can! Simply email us at bonnie@frase.nz and let us know your changes, we will amend and get the copy straight back to you. All amendments are included in the price.

How do you know what writing style I like?
We understand every agent is unique and has their own style of selling. We work with each agent to get a feel for the kind of writing they prefer. Feel free to send us examples, too.

How do you know who my buyers are?
Each property has its own personality and speaks to specific buyers. We are passionate about real estate and we understand the kind of audience each property is speaking to and tailor our copy accordingly.

Who are your writers?
We have a team of professional copywriters who have trained and worked as journalists, PR account managers or advertising and business writers. We are very picky about who we work with. All our copywriters understand and love real estate as much as writing.

Turnaround time
We will have your copy back to you within 24 hours of submitting. If you need it earlier than this you can email or call us and we can organise an urgent job for an extra $50+GST.

Billing
We invoice through Xero. Our terms are the 20th of the month following, as per our T&Cā€™s.
